HTML in posts
I want everyone to be able to see HTML in my post, i activated it in Control Panel, and in my profile, but how do i set it so that everyone's HTML is also on?

Basically, you cannot do that. All members have to manually do it. Or you can edit their profile & choose that.

I can edit profiles, but i don't see HTML settings

I meant via the admin panel. I always thought that the option was there.
However, just when i checked now. There is no option in preferences for bbcode & html.
So i guess, users have to do it themselves.

Then how can i make an image that is also a link without asking everyone to set HTML on?

Use bbcode. For that they need bbcode enabled as well.

No i mean an image that when you click it it send you to a site, doesn't matter which one
