Navigation bar image needed please

hey i need an icon image for my navigation bar that looks similar to this

I would like it to say "forum stats"
As for colors i would like them to be similar to the image above and as for fonts i dont realy care

also if u can have the text flashing that would be cool but its not a big thing

please have it around 86*40 pixels if it is a little more or less i wont care
