Solved Banner Request

Nature of the creation : Christmas Banner
Creation size (in pixels) : 2000 wide 100 tall
With or without animation : with like falling snowflakes but you can still see text like put the snow flakes at left and right and text in middle please.
Background color : a icey
Picture(s) link(s) : just a cartoon snowman
Text to insert : Bearville world (then under it) The Build-A-Bearville Community
Link to the font to download : a christmasy font
Font color : red and green (if matches)?
