I wanted to change the sender email address so that it's not my personal address but i noticed the forum won't accept my new email address. Even when i want to change the email address of my personal account it tells me this:

Sorry, but this e-mail address is invalid.

the email address is info@pulpfortress.com

How can this be?

Yes, very good question. Looks like the developers of forum motion are either busy or away. I have also heard everyone is asking about why the search function of the forum isn't working but no solution is given.

Because Forumotion doesn't work on some emails.

Some emails don't work because the software doesn't read it and doesn't know its an email.

so we pay for this feature and it's a toss up if you get it? Mine works and i can use it BUT i can not use it as my primary email on my forum. That doesn't make sense.

You mean it doensn't know it's an e-mail address ? Can't you fix this then? Seems like a simple thing to fix.

I can't fix anything I don't work at Forumotion, only the Support Forum. There isn't anything to pay for.

He is right, its a free forum. Can you pass this on to the developers then?
