Activation problem

Hi,

My friend tried to ragister in my forum and didn´t get activation code at all. Also I can´t see in adminstration that she would like to join my forum...? How is that possible? Still forum says that her username already exist when she tries to register new account with same name.

I also want ask what password I should give in adminstration panel when I´m trying to modify members profile? I have tried my own password and members, but it still doesn´t work. Do I have to make new password everytime I want modify something?
