Change to Buttons and Who Is Online Image

The artist that put together the item below is no longer active. I like the artwork but would like small modifications and a few buttons added. The size and gradients are fine.

"New Topic" & "Post Reply" are blinking. I'd like them not to blink. Color is fine as well as size and font.

I'd like "Multi Quote Selected", "Multi Quote Unselected" & "Find all Posts By" buttons created. Size, font and color would be the same as the other buttons. If possible the mod topic buttons such as "merge, split & lock topic" buttons using the same scheme as above would be appreciated.

Current website skin uses Counter Strike images for "who is online" and for "Icons" for the forum and topics. I'd like to lose the Counter Strike theme and continue to stay with the dark theme but do something different with the images.

Looks great. Any chance of have the additional buttons made below? Also, any suggestion on new post images and teh such? Need to lose the Counter Strike images.
