Linking Material from my upload account??

Ok Ive been looking everywhere with no definitive answer.
I have just created a forum But My question is Can I post links to my Video Game uploads on my Forum?
ie..Sega Genesis,Nes etc....Whats the punishment??
What about Music and Movie links aswell.??
I only ask as Iam a S-Mod on two gaming Emulation Sites and thought it would be Cool to create one myself.
