I need a button modified and text adding on this button

Hi guy's can anyone change the red button below ? I need the squiggle removed and replaced with the word "Locked" in the same text as the Index button below it.

Not sure what you mean original model? these buttons are original but the bottom one has had text added

Lol its not even transparent. Save it as .png.

@ netsniper - Also, The font looks something like a standard. Its not Arial though. I have tried it.
