Catagories help

My problem is this , I found a forum that I like the way that they did the sperating of announcements and stickies once they click on a forum within the site.

Here is a example:

I click on "General Discussion" forum Within that forum there is a lot of catagories.

I want a bar to go accross that reads Annoucements and under that bar that says Annoucements will all be Annoucements, and nothing else.

Then another bar that go accross that reads Topics and below that will be all the topics being posted.

here is a picture also of what I want to do.

AdminPanel>General Admin>Messages and E-Mails>Configuration, i think>Seperate Announcements and Stickies from the rest of the posts. Here you may also rename Stickies and Announcements to something "Cooler"

Thank you!! that did help with the Announcement and Sticky Speration , but what about the "TOPIC" one?? How do I do that??

Didn't that come with it? I think it does on my forum..

As you can see it helped like you told me to do with the Annoucements and Sticky, but it only did a gap were the red line is, not sure how to get that "TOPICS" bar like the Annoucments and Sticky one, not sure if i have the structure and hierachy set wrong.

Hmm..For me it's all perfect. Lemme have an second try...

blahblah>Configuration>Seperate announcements and stickies WITH AN TABLE!!

I don't have anything else to say.
