Can't Access A Usergroup

I have a debate group that I have set up and of all the members but one can access it. He is supposed to have access. I have even tried making him a mod of the group and he still can't get to it. Anybody have any suggestions?

No. According to the permissions he has, he is allowed access to the group too.

What special access do you give to the group?(forum, widget etc...)

It goes to a hidden section. He is the only person who can't view it.

Did you change permission on the forum you want this group to view? (admin panel>general>categories & forums>permissions> find his group there and check the box where it says 'view and read' & save)
