Solved Forum subscription problem

lately one of my members recieved an error while he/she tried to change her profile saying "Sorry, you cannot suscribe on this forum. Please contact the administrator.", can anyone help me out?

Ask them to clear all cookies, history, cache, and any type of form history. Ask them to logout and then log back in. This solved it when I had this very same problem.
