How to put my tool bar on??

Ok, so I have a Wibiya tool bar that I created but I don't know how to put it on! Someone please help me!

I put mine in Announcements.

If you put it there you should disable scrolling for recent topics if you have it there.

Just put the script in any announcement.

So, I created one and I put it in I noticed my topics thing did stop and I know but it's now showing why?

The recent topics stop because of the script. I disabled scrolling in it so it wouldn't show this large text that takes up half of the page.

Disable scrolling in recent topics if you want it to look better.

You don't have to put it in the annoucements. Just place it in the homepage message.
