Moderator's name

Can I get rid of the moderator's name under each forum but they can still moderate the forum assigned to them ?

Yes, this is entirely possible, to get rid of them and still keep their moderative status, simply to go:

1) Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2) Display Tab
3) Structure and hierarchy (on the left, under Homepage)
4) Scroll down until you see "Display forum moderators :"
5) Set to "No" and hit "Save"

There you go!
