Help: Categories won't display. Empty Help: Categories won't display.

Hello, I've just created a forum and I got stuck on this problem....





In the picture, I made two categories named Category 1 and Category 2, each with a sub-forum, A and B.


Help: Categories won't display. Categoryn



But when I preview the forum, the categories was not display, only the forums did.

Display>Structure and hierarchy
Split categories on Index: medium
Save.
