BB3 Template Editing Empty BB3 Template Editing

I think there should be an option for template editing for phpBB3 forums as well as all the others, because I prefer the BB3 style, but the sheer customization by every other host makes things difficult. Vote yes for template editing for phpBB3 hosts.
