Is it possible to have the chatbox on every page?

You can can paste your chatbox anywhere you want.
A simple iframe does the trick.

You can paste this on any forum ... any website even outside of your forum.

that code you can use if its a forumotion forum.
if you want it on another site you have to add the direct url:

Is there any way to do this without iFrames? Users with a small screensize on their browsers have it cut off, as it doesn't scale.
