Memberlist: Ranks

Hi, I am a new programmer and I made a website thanks to Forumotion. I really like the fact that I can customize it as much as I want, but I am facing some difficulties with the programming.

Currently, I am working on the Memberlist page, by modifying the coding. I want to be able to display "Ranks" on the memberlist, but for some reason, they never seem to show. I am able to create sections in the table for them to be placed, but the images wont appear when I use this code:

Any tips? I really would like for this to work as soon as possible... So far, I am unable to find reasons for the above code's malfunctioning.

Rank Image? That is not a variable.

The image that represents the rank... Like that little "Staff" thing below yoru Avatar. How do I display that on the memberlist?

Its not possible to add that rank to the memberlist.

Geez, nothing is possible with you guys...
