Titles under the avatar and profile page color change? Empty Titles under the avatar and profile page color change?

how do I change the color of the titles under the avatar?Beacuse they are white, and then they melts in with my background so you don't see what it says. It's the same on the profile pages.

Users & groups>Profiles
Click on modify corresponding to the profile field.
Then change the color there.
