In mass emails I sent though my forum it always starts with:



The following message is an email sent to you by an administrator of "*Insert my forum name here*". If this message is spam, contains abusive or other comments you find offensive please contact the webmaster of the board at the following address:

*insert my email*

Include this full email (especially the headers).

Message sent to you follows:


Is there any way to stop this from happening?

No, I'm sorry but that is not able to be prevented from being sent.
