i want nav to be on top and the homepage msg and everything that is above the chat box on this site http://www.thesickclan.com/forum.htm is how i want my site to look can some1 help me make it like that

The scrolling text is created in: Admin panel >> General ( Tab ) >> Announces

If it stays there after you login then go to: Admin panel >> Display ( tab ) >> Generalities / Homepage message.

no i mean how they made the scrolling text go to the top and the part that says welcome how they made it go under the scrolling text cuz this is my forum and its not like that http://confusion.forumsmotion.com/forum.htm
