Is it possible to recover a deleted account? There was a user name deleted, the entire account was deleted....can it be recovered?

2 questions, how do I log in there if I forgot my password. 2nd question....will restoring my forum...delete new posters who have joined today?

Basically what Im asking is if I restore back a few days ago, what will happen to the people who registered today, and the posts they made today?
