Forum is lagging really badly

My members say they are experiencing heavy lag especially in site loading and the chatbox. A message takes 2 minutes to show up and the site 5 minutes+ to load.

Is there a server problem on forumotion? Because my http://yu-gi-oh-rpg.forumotion.com/index.htm seems to be working fine!

(This is not a chatbox issue just so you know)
