Topic reminder? Empty Topic reminder?

Ok so if one of my topics goes onto two pages on the top of the second page there will be a topic reminder. My guests dont want this so how do i remove the feature?

Hello,

Admin Panel ► General ► Messages and Emails ► Configuration ► Messages => Always show the first post in the topics: No then Save
