Hello i need help please because i cant find where to change the main title on my website when my cursor goes over the main title it says it but at the moment it advertises this.Please help

to change the title of the forum go to ACP - General - Configuration - Site Name:

Or you can change it on Admin Panel > General > Search engines > Homepage Title
