I am not sure if I am suppose to do this and I am sorry if it is not my place to help but you would go to
Admin panel>General>Categories> Then you are going to find the forum you wish to delete and click the red 'X' that corresponds to that forum.
However, if you mean "forum" as in your whole site then you would go to
Admin Panel>General>Forum>Forum deletion. Then you site will be deleted.

Does this also delete any information on the site? Logs, topics, etc?
