Ok, I've had a little fiddle with My Adobe Photoshop and managed this

I've added everything you've basically asked for, even though the pic isnt great as it cuts off but here.
Just so you know its my first request i've ever done and i've only done like 2 practice signatures.
And any advice that anyone wants to give to a newcomer just PM me please Smile

Also if you want you can supply me with a new pic and i'll edit it again for you. bwi
Infact, Im gunna have another go at it, Just so you know i had to rezise ur pic as it was tooo big for the size you was requesting.

@ Olivero, I'm using Adobe Photoshop Cs5 + these are a few of my first ever signatures, So thery're not gunna be the greatest. Im training up to be a Graphics designer when im older. Razz
And the first 1 was just a test with this poster edges thing i can do. You can make like sketched out pic's etc, but i realised myself how fail it looked when i uploaded it. bwi

Your source pic was very poor. When it is opened up in MS Paint you can see a lot of glitches.

It is very easy to make your own signature.

To edit your picture (add simple text and simple effects) use this site:
