Popular Topics on Left navigation for phpbb2 using javascrip

Hello
i want to use javascript for displaying Popular Topics (Category wise) in phpbb2
for Example

>>Category1
-topic1
-topic2
-topic3
>>Category2
-topic1
-topic2
-topic3
>>Category3
-topic1
-topic2
-topic3

And when i expand category by clicking >> then it should display its popular topics below
is it possible in phpbb2.014??
please suggest me any mod or any script for the same.

Also i want to Display LATEST TOPICS same as this site has on right side .. please help me on this
