Wiget showing in all forums

Ok so some advertisements show on all forum sections which is fine for my paypal set up but for like extra ads such as affliates when I add them in the widget they also in all the forums aswell. Is there a way to make some ads not show on all sections? For example the home page only or certain sections which the user can pick.

Sorry didnt explain too well but just to confirm I mean like logo's or banners which you would yourself such as affliates or banners. My table ads are fine but for banner and affliate I would like to select the forum I choose is this possible?
