Maybe the tut is wrong (I don't think so, but I didn't follow it anyway Razz), but here's how to do it:
Create a new profile field and fill in all fields. For "Type" make sure to make it "Images list".
Then at the bottom will appear a section saying "Images list" (by default it's saying "Text field"). You will see one field and very short one. Press green + button to add more. Then put warning bar images into every field (I'll provide you a screenshot as soon as possible). Wink
