Solved Navibar.

In the Navibar it wont allow me to change the New pm/No Pm icon Why is this?

it keeps saving "You must provide a menu name"

You can change it on pics management(it's easier there):
Admin Panel > Display > Pics management > Advanced Mode > Change it on 'Private Messages' & 'New private messages' area > save
