Cannot see Who is online

Hello Experts,

I am founder and administrator of my forum. I cannot see who is online in the home page and also in admin pannel. Some times I can see sometimes I cannot see. I am facing this problem since 3 days before it was working fine.

I have attached the screen shot of my admin pannel for your reference.

I am sorry for double post.

I have cleard all brower history and forum cookies also but still have same problem. Sad

I have opened my froum in different computer but the problem is same it means this is not browser problem. Shocked

Its this forum right http://ksaforum.friendhood.net/ If so I can see the who's online fine. What browser are you using?

I am using internet explorer 8. Even now I am online but i cannot see myself in who is online List....... Sad

Please try another browser like Chrome or FireFox.

Before it was ok. I am facing this problem since 3 weeks. Is there any setting mistake from admin pannel?

I'll download... but not all members have mozila firefox etc...

Before the forum was working fine in internet explorer...

We can not solve this prob to work only in IE??

before we can work on a solution we need to troubleshoot Wink

Do you see the "who's online" with another browser?
Is it just you having this issue, or are other users also having this issue?

we cannot see who is online and who is offline...... Sad

before it was working fine in IE.

to increase the font size of reply box.. but i still facing same problem..

I added below code to my CSS

textarea#text_editor_textarea {
width: 100% !important;
font-size : 13px;
}
