How can I set which members/moderators can ban people?

I was just wondering how I can choose what members/moderators on my forum can ban people. Right now I am the only one who can ban people and I need that changed so my moderators can ban people.

-Can I revoke their power to ban later?
-Can they ban me (I made the site and I am the Admin)?
