Colors dont change when I try to change them. Empty Colors dont change when I try to change them.

Ok, when I go to Admin panel, display, and colors I edit them by clicking and selecting the colors I want, and saving, but when I go to the forum, everything is the same..

You're gonna have to change colors via CSS:
Admin Panel > Display > Colors > CSS Stylesheet

You need appropriate CSS codes to be placed there to change some colors you want.
