Display || Latest Topics || In Marquee Pattern ?

Hello,

How do i add latest topics in marquee pattern ( as displays in forumotion forum @ left top of main page & when navigate to forum index then it displays on right side of forum ). so how i can do this to my forum ? & what is the code that latest posts can automatically updated when new post will be posted ?

& secondly i want to add GUEST BOOK to my forum, Forumotion is providing any guest book section that i can add it to main page of my forum ?

1- Forumotion has it in a forum wigit with the latest topics, so i don't think its possible to have it in the marquee

2- Make a blog called guestbook and make it so guests can post in it. If the forum homepage is the portal then you can add it to the mainpage. Add the wigit called news and under the permissions for it set the guest book blog as the source

But i go to the Forum Widgets Management Section where i activate the forum Widgets, & after activating i have get what i i want but definitely Latest topics are being displayed at the top left of my home page but when i switch to any sub-forum of forum the LATES TOPICS widgets section remains on left & i want to have this LATEST TOPICS displaying on right side of my forum ( when i switch to any sub-forum ) like if i give an example of forumotion forum that at the very start ( Home page ) Latest topics are being displayed at left side but after navigating to forum index or any sub-forum these LATEST TOPICS are displayes at the right side of forum which seems well.

So how i can do this

& yes last thing that if i make a blog name as " GUEST BOOK "" than what will be the code that i can display my guest book section under LATEST TOPICS Section in Widgets ?

what you saying that when you go to the forums main index and regular forums the widgets are on the left side but when you go to a sub forum they are then appearing on the right side?

I will need to see some screen shots or please post your link so we can take a look at this to better understand the problem.

No i meant to say that WIDGETS ( like Latest topics , Navigation links etc ) are displaying on the top left of my forum & i want to show them at right side of my forum & luckly i have got the option to do this but now one thing i don,t know that if i create a blog named as || GUEST BOOK || , then pleas tell me that what will be the code which i used that i can display my GUEST BOOK ( Blog ) link in the WIDGETS SECTION . I want to display GUEST BOOK link under the LATEST TOPICS option, so plz give me the link that i can create a new Widget by which my guest book link will be displayed in Widgets options.
