How can i turn on the 'my assistant' on my forum?

i would like to turn on 'my assistant' it can help members to travel easier in the site..
most forums have it,...
can anybody help me??

Explane a little bit more of what it is and what is does

a few forums has funstion of 'my assistant'
it just like when you login, it will tell you how many post haven't you read since the last visit, inbox etc..
it's just like the sign in pop up

I didn't saw any of this feature based on my experience on Forumotion forums, so I'm afraid that's not possible.

any idea how to suggest to the admin board to develop one..
