Disallow Guests From Viewing Garbage

As you can see, the garbage forum of this English support forum is visible to guests. More importantly, search engines...

I suggest that an administrator set the permissions so that guests can't view the spam topics of that forum.

The major problem curretly is hat search engines can map out all of that spam. Voted yes

I would like to add that, while this would be a good feature, it isn't one of the most wanted or most important list out there.
