I'm trying to submit a theme but it won't let me because it says the forum address is wrong but I know it isn't

I got the address to work but I can't upload the skin
I want to use a skin I got off of google
How do I get it onto my forum

First of all, you can only use a theme from Hitskin. Secondly, you're talking about two different problems here.
