Getting rid of the 'New Topic's' button transparency?

When you go into a forum, obviously there's button for you to make a new topic. Well, is there any way to stop it being slightly transparent and then full colour when hovering? I want it to be full colour all the time...

Make an image that is full colored.

It is full coloured. That's why I'm confused.

You can try to right click on the pic, then save as and reupload to a image host. Then add IT back to your pic's management and see if that helps any better.
Other then that i would need to see it from your forums link or a screen shot.
this could be something on your end as well.
do you know if this is happening to anyone else?

But yeah first i would re-up the image and see if it's any better then.
