Hacked/cracked help

Hey all..

So what has happened to my forum is someone had hacked/cracked an (admin/moderator) password and had deleted a lot of valuable threads.

Lucky for me i had back them up and blocked his ip etc etc ....

Since nothing was done, and he had not received any punishment and he had not cared about what he had done, is it possible for admin here to delete on of his free forums that he made here?

no, the forum only has to break the TOS to be deleted
