Solved Transparency Effect

I would like to cange or edit the forum Body Line Background to seem Transparent so
the background is slightly seen. Editing CSS is a problem for me, so is it possible to
do this? and how?

Surely it worked but it made "Everything" semi-transparent. Though
I just wanted the Body Line Background. I don't mind but some stuff are needed to be solid not transparent. Can I have another CSS code for this?

EDIT: Setting it to "90-95" fixes the problem for now!
