Personalizing Legend

I am wondering how to personalize the legend on the Forum. Somehow it's not working for me even although I change the legend colour it won't do nothing. For istance I want to make like:

Admin -> Color red
Mod -> Color yellow

And so on...

Can anybody please solve mine? I am checking every two hours if a Mod or a Member can respond me back. I am basically asking how to add people to the Legend. For instance people having colorful names in the Index Page (below section)

For setting the colors of the groups, make sure that the box 'Color group Members is checked, try editing those groups and check the box for it and see if it helps.
