My Signiture on my website

Hey Once again.. I have filled in every box to do with allowing my signature to pop up
-The comment box
-The Signature Box
-Allowed Sig to be on
-Always attach sig to be on...

I have ticked and done everything for my sig to pop up but it still won't........So can i PLEASE get some help with this...

insted of it popping up and showing my forum sig pic..nothing...same on this website.
