can not delete forum

I'm trying to delete my forum so I can start over but it won't delete,any advice

Please do this procedure first:
Admin Panel > General > Forum Deletion, then follow further instructions there.

After that, you should receive an e-mail to your founder/creation e-mail of the forum, click the link to it to delete the forum, if it doesn't work, try again after 24 hours and see if it works.
