navbar problem Empty navbar problem

My forum's navbar is like that.

http://epeigon.forumotion.net/index.htm

with words, not imagew. And i like it that way.

But how can i remove something in that navbar?

What do you want to remove?
Users & groups>Special Rights
Choose who can view what.
