How to Complain ?

Hi,

I need a help. Don't know where and how to complain.

There is a forum site which is using www.(not mentioning the name now).1forum.biz and continuously writing diffrent abusing stuff about us.

I have seen that in your forum you have this rule :

* Sexual and/or pornographic content
* Hateful or abusive content
* Defamatory content and / or affecting the integrity of a person
* Sale or exchange of medication that requires a prescription from a licensed practitioner, or medicines without prescription / drugs and any other illicit substance
* Copyright infringment / hacking
* Spam / phishing and/ or malware website
* Credit card fraud <----

That forum site, mainly the 'admin', put up naked photos, plus hateful and abusive content to many people including us which affects us a lot. Its going too much now.

Whom shall I complain? Is there any email or any how I can contact with the site administrator?

I wrote down my complain by using that link.

I want a request, could you please keep the content of my description in you and not send the whole letter to that forum administrator which I complained?

And how does the whole litigation work?

Litigations are first sent to Typlo, then he will I validate them if they're legit, and they are then sent to the founders.

If there is illegal content he doesn't even send to the founder, it's either deleted or warning sent.

Please read my complain first, try to realize the issue and check everything before you send any email to that forum admin. It will be nice of you if you also send me email and I can give you more information. Because, the complain is very complicated.

Sorry no one here but Typlo have access to the reporting. Typlo will do what he needs to do when he comes back into the Office Monday.

Could you please inform Typlo about my request ? The people of that forum including the forum 'admin' are very dangerous.

Please email me before you take any action. I am afraid that, simply send a warning massage to that forum 'admin' will create more problem for us.

Don't know, maybe you have some other way to handle this issue.

I would love to inform Typlo, but this stuff is on Forumotion side. I'm just here to give support on the forum.

If you are sending the report to forumotion litigation's link sanket has provided then the admin of the forum being reported will not recive your report.Only forumotion litigation's would recive that.Now if you sent a report through the report abuse tab in the bottom of the forums footer. then it would go to the forums administrator.. but you sent it to litigation's so only litigation's will see the report.

Now that being said.. you just have to wait for typlo or the litigation's team to recive the report,investigate it and decide what actions to take if any. so be sure to send any screen shots or links of the abuses or violations taken place.And please try to be patent.litigation get many reports each day and have to investigate them. they will take the reports in the order they are received and if there are indeed violations taken place then actions will be taken.Depending on how bad a violation is sometimes litigation will give the forums founder a warning and allow them a certain amount of time to remove the content.
But if it's something like pornographic, illegal file sharing or something that would put others in harm's way. then they will just be shut down and or handed over to onlineguardian to deal with..

Well, I used that "Litigations " link to put up the complain on 25th of Sept.
Ya, I did attached 1 screen-shot of that web-forum. But I think 1 screen-shot is not enough. I like to send some more.

The site I complained, that isn't just like normal porn-graphic or illegal file sharing. Its one kind of Fraud/Scam site. The admin and admin's group, they set up trap by using admin's own naked photo, with dirty comments (such as fu.k me or rape me now...etc), after then if any one make any comment on that photo or any comment, THEY take that person's IP and start to create many false evidence and sue that person for harassment and stalking the admin.

By suing some innocent people they earned lots of money. Not only in this web-forum, they also put up admin's own naked photo and this web-forums link in different sites. So, that they can allure some people to this web-forum. When some one come to this web-forum, then admin can see the IP and start their trap.

I don't know, what your rule says about it. But, I wish, this kind of site should be SHUT DOWN.

I think these sites are much more worst then porn-graphic or illegal file sharing sites. Because these are fraud sites and many people get harm economically and psychologically for nothing.

Send me the forum link or any thread links of the violations and i will send it to typlos office and report it my self as well.. if there is porn and illegal file sharing then it wont be around very long you just have to give litigation time to revive the report.. but if you like send me the links and i will pass it on t typlo and also report it.
