Main Colors: Different For Each Badge I will post list on bottom.
Pictures & Links: If you could have it be the same as the one i posted in the size section or something like it except can you switch the random thing on the side to say FL?
Text to Insert : Again depends on the badge list below.
Font (Provide Download Link): Whatever you prefer.
Font Color: Either all gray or change it to the same as the colors on the list if that looks nice.

At risk of being hypocritical... You shouldn't mod members, thats what the mods are for.
