Edit Button Ran Away!

Both myself (Admin) and my friend (The other admin) can see and use the edit button, but none of our users or moderators can see it. Help please??

ACP - General - Forum - Forums & Categories, click the permission icon for each forum and change the who can edit, set it to members (: (Advanced Mod)

It's been set to 'members', I've already tried this. Still no edit button o-o

Also....is there a way that users can possibly send each other the points that they get? Or does an admin have to always subtract and give out points? Thanks in advance for any more help! =3

Issue 1 - In order for the mod to edit it their group "Moderator" has to be allowed to edit posts

Issue 2 - Unfortunately no, at the present moment it's manually done.

Okay, when I try to change it from 'members' to 'moderators' it doesn't do anything even though I saved o-o I also went to the advance thing to see every option and it then says that the editing posts is set for moderators and members, etc. But the edit button is still missing... I hope that made sense xDD
