Um... User wont allow me

I am the admin of a forum, and when I try to change my username, I get an error saying: Sorry, you cannot suscribe on this forum. Please contact the administrator.

Nevermind. Its solved. I would like to share the solution: My birth year was accidentally set to 1999, which COPPA disallows. Change it to my normal age, and bam, all fixed.
