Storage timing...
First of all I would like to appologise for my english! they are not very good!
Second I would like to say that I use forumotion for at least 2 years now and I was really sattisfied untill recently!
Why is that? Because forumotion has added the storage timing! I want to notice that I am a student at a College and I do not have either a credit card or a bank account! So I buy credits only via my Phone (texting an SMS - and was reallyy happy that forumotion has this option, cause most of the servers have paypal and credicards - anyway).
I do not have any intence to pay every time for the gallery since I get "pocket money" from my parents, to have fun with my friends and not to spend it on forums. Since resently I buyed credits to expand my gallery! And for my domain. But by spending my credits on the storage timing I can not collect credits for my domain in time! And this is something really disappointing.
I want to ask, If i do not expand the storage timing will I lose all the pictures I have uploaded on it? and so all the money i have spended to expand the storage of my gallery will be missed for NOTHING? In what sense is this? By what right are you doing this? I think is TOTALLY unffair!
A VERY PISSED OFF CUSTOMER who has foolly paid 2 times the storage timing...and like a hundret times for storage expand...and like 2 times the domain!
This is the way you treat your customer? I am so pissed off that I am considering seriously on changing server...off course you don't mind cause I'm just a person! but at the beginning you attrackted people on saying it's a free forum by this and that!
anyway,
have a great weekend!

Re: Storage timing...
Hi,
Sorry if you feel inconvenienced.
However, when you buy the credits in the admin panel. It clearly mentions this.
You can choose below, the additional storage you wish to get (Validity : one month) :
Yes, i know its useless to buy storage space for a month. But, then thats how it is currently.
