Widget Not Shown in Forum Area

My Widget in forum area just dissappeared (not shown) when I have installed Portal Module...

Is there some solution?

you have to set this in the forums widgets module.
select Display forum widgets, then hit save.
Now go down and choose what side you want them on and be sure to drag all the widget over, then hit save once you have them where you want them

But, I did that before.

It was still showing the widget in the past, but when I installed the Portal today, the forum widget no longer shown.

the portal and widget modules are two different things.
If you still have the widgets mod set to show the widgets then it should be showing them on all pages of the forum.. accept the portal of course because the portal widgets are already there and can be set different.

like you can center widgets in the portal.

So be sure to check the setting again in your widgets module.
then if not give me a screen shot so i can see, then figure out of this is something for a posibil tech request.

oh be sure to hit save for the the first section above fist, then hit save for the below section after you set that accordingly.

because they have to be saved separate in order for it to work.

Do you ave more then one administrator? The other one might have taken it out.

Yes, my forum has more than 1 administrator. (It is 6 administartors)
But, no one taken it out because if they do, I can see their administrative action record in Security area.
Plus, it happens today after I installed the Portal so it is easy if other administrator did it.

It shows again .

The mistake happens at "Width column 3 (right) :" which value is 0 pixels.

But, the strange thing that before I install the Portal, it was still 180 pixels.

Maybe because I install the portal, it resets the some of the "Forum widgets general options" option...

But, when it fixed, all of the Personal Forum widget, it only shows "the site code" instead of the effect...
Any solution?

(Should I make a new topic because of different topic now?)

what it's just showing a code in there now?

make sure your forums html is on, and that you also have it set in your profile (always allow html)

But it should still work there anyway?
so if you can get a screen shot or post the code here so i can test it out on my test forum.

Oh, nevermind about the forum widget .

I just found out that after the installation of the portal, all of the "<" and ">" were replaced into "&lt;" and "&gt;" without my notice.

Anyway, it is solved. Thank you for helping .
